2. Main uses:

This calibration device is mainly used to calibrate the wire mesh tensiometer, in accordance with the requirements of JJF 1465-2014 "Wire mesh tensiometer calibration specification".

2. Main functions:

1) Four-way linkage synchronous loading, the system automatically adjusts according to the relative force and single point relative displacement, the force balance of the package mesh in the stretching area is essentially different from the old mechanical loading, the software increases the relative force compensation algorithm of vertical and horizontal fibers), to ensure that the four directions of the mesh loading process are evenly stressed.

 

2) Four-way servo motor independently controls the loading, XY axis orthogonal direction independent loading force measurement feedback, to ensure the synchronization of the loading process and the stability of tensile load protection.

 

3) With any working position limit protection function and overload, overcurrent protection function, reliable and safe.

5) Equipped with computer control system, self-built powerful test database, test data can be saved at any time, query, call, with data recording and calibration report report functions.

6) Special measurement and control software, can achieve manual control, automatic control, constant rate force control, constant rate deformation control, constant speed tension control and other control methods.

7) Using 240mm wire mesh, the working surface is more stable, suitable for more different tensiometer measurement. The mesh meets the standard requirements of GB/T 5330 "Industrial metal wire braided square hole screen" or GB/T 14014 "Synthetic fiber Screen", and the mesh number is greater than 20 mesh/cm.

3. Host structure and control mechanism

The main machine adopts metal frame structure, stable and reliable. Servo motor, reducer, roller screw and other high-precision loading control mechanism, driving the wire mesh chuck to move back and forth to realize the loading of the wire mesh. The X/Y roller screw is strictly 90 degrees orthogonal installation, and the X/Y axis of the four-way wire mesh chuck is coaxial installation respectively to ensure the flat working surface of the wire mesh.

 

The electrical part is composed of speed control system and display measurement system. The machine adopts servo motor and speed control system to control the forward, reverse and speed accuracy of AC motor through speed control system. The load measuring system consists of 2 high-precision force sensors, measuring amplifiers, 24-bit A/D converters, etc. The photoelectric encoder can measure the displacement, and the computer can control the load, collect and display the test data, process the data, and draw the characteristic curve. All control parameters and measurement results can be displayed on the computer screen in real time. And has overload protection function. The open data connection interface of the measurement and control system can realize manual control, automatic control, constant rate force control, constant rate deformation control, constant speed tension control and other control modes.

 

Equipped with special force value sensor calibration tools to facilitate daily accuracy calibration and annual traceability verification/calibration.
