YSZJ-50 rock direct shear testing machine is a low-cost stress shear testing equipment designed and produced according to the needs of production tests and requirements of some users. The technical indicators comply with the provisions of the People's Republic of China water conservancy industry standard SL/T264-2020 "Rock Test Regulations for Water Conservancy and hydropower Engineering" and JTG E41-2005 "Highway Engineering Rock Test Regulations".

Main functions and characteristics

1. Mainly measured the shear strength of the rock;

2. The machine adopts back type frame, good rigidity, stable and reliable, small footprint;

3. The high pressure oil source pump station provides loading force, and the pressure is stabilized by the special electro-hydraulic proportional servo valve and 10L accumulator during the shutdown of the pump station, so the high pressure oil source pump station does not need to run for a long time, the system is energy-saving and does not need to be equipped with cooling system;

4. The equipment for microcomputer automatic control, all kinds of test parameters are controlled by the computer, storage, measurement, display, processing and printing charts;

5. The chart can show: shear stress-shear displacement curve, shear stress-normal displacement, shear stress-normal stress curve, can also show force-time, force-displacement and other curves;

6. Equipped with overload and limit protection, when the loading force exceeds the rated theoretical value, the system automatically unloads and stops the test.
