Product introduction

XD-301A frequency conversion coarse-grained soil relative density testing machine conforms to the national standard GB/T 50123-2019 "Soil Test Regulations" of the People's Republic of China. It is used to determine the maximum dry density of coarse-grained soil with a maximum diameter of 60mm and free drainage.

According to the requirements of Geotechnical Test Regulations, the machine is equipped with a Φ300×340mm sample tube, which is installed on the shaking table, the test sample is placed in the sample tube, the sample surface is placed with a weighted cover plate, the weighted cover plate is placed on the sample tube, and the guide cylinder is installed on the sample tube, which is mainly used to keep the cover weight can vertically compact the sample. The sample was given an equilibrium pressure (14kPa). The vibration table assembly adopts mechanical transmission mode and double eccentric wheel excitation. The digital variable frequency speed control controller controls the variable frequency speed control motor, adjusts the frequency and speed to change the amplitude. The output power is driven by the transmission chain composed of the triangular belt and the vibration change gear box, which drives the double eccentric wheel to rotate and generate the vibration force. The vibration table amplitude can be changed by changing the frequency of the inverter motor. Special rubber cushion shock absorber is used to reduce the vibration generated by the main engine to the foundation as much as possible. The control and measurement system adopts AC digital frequency conversion controller, which is mainly used to control the operation of variable frequency speed regulating motor. The vibration amplitude is changed by changing the vibration frequency, and the vibration frequency is displayed on the digital frequency conversion controller. Vibration measuring instrument is used to measure and display vibration amplitude.
