Product introduction

PY50-1 coarse-grained soil horizontal permeability test equipment is suitable for measuring the horizontal permeability coefficient of the sample and the critical slope (pipe) of fine particles gradually lost along with the seepage when the coarse-grained soil passes through the seepage water, and the damage slope (fluid soil) when the whole soil floats. The pipe surge meter is suitable for coarse coarse soil samples with disturbed particle size and undisturbed coarse soil sample. The maximum particle size is 60mm and the sample size is 600X300X300mm. The osmotic water pressure is 5 meters water column.

The equipment conforms to the horizontal penetration test of coarse granular soil stipulated in the industrial standard of the People's Republic of China, "Geotechnical Test Code" SL237-056-1999, and also conforms to GB/T 50123-2019 "Geotechnical Test Method Standard".

Principle of instrument

The equipment container is composed of inlet water, sample water, outlet water and balanced liquid level water tank. The two ends of the sample section are equipped with metal porous permeable plates, the sample is flooded in front, and the two sides are connected with a water head pressure measuring switch and an exhaust tee connected with a water level measuring bar. The sample pressure plate is placed on the top of the sample, sealed on the box body by the sample cover plate, and is connected by bolts around. There are nine water level measuring switches at different heights on the two sides (three are used horizontally at a time), which are connected with the corresponding water level measuring drain pipe, and the outlet section is connected with the balanced liquid level tank. Depending on the water level during the test, the height of the tank is adjusted to balance the outlet water level. The height of the tank is limited to the outlet water, and the overflow water output is the seepage flow.

When conducting 0-5 meters head penetration test, the head pressure can be changed by adjusting the height of the bucket with manual hoist.
