5. Acceptance, Installation, Commissioning and Training

1. Acceptance

1.1 The equipment shall undergo pre-acceptance first, followed by formal acceptance. Pre-acceptance shall be conducted by the supplier, while formal acceptance shall be carried out by the buyer.

1.2 Acceptance criteria: The basis for acceptance shall be the user manual and the agreement.

 

2. Installation and Commissioning

After the equipment arrives, the buyer shall complete the installation and positioning under the guidance of the supplier. The commissioning shall be the responsibility of the supplier.

 

3. Personnel Training

After pre-acceptance, the supplier shall be responsible for providing technical training to the buyer's personnel, ensuring that the trainers can master the operation, adjustment and basic troubleshooting of the testing machine.

 

6. Quality Assurance

The equipment is deemed as officially delivered upon its formal acceptance by the buyer. The three-year warranty period for the equipment commences from the date of official delivery. During the three-year warranty period, the supplier shall provide free maintenance services for all types of faults occurring in the equipment promptly. For all types of component damages not caused by human factors, replacements shall be provided promptly for free. After the warranty period, if the equipment malfunctions during use, the supplier shall promptly arrive at the buyer's location for service and actively assist the buyer in completing the repair tasks.
