1. Main uses and scope of application

This testing machine is mainly used for repeated bending test of metal wire, to check the performance of metal wire under plastic deformation and the defects displayed in repeated bending.

 

Test principle: The sample of a certain diameter is clamped through the guide sleeve in the mouth of two specified sizes, press the button, the sample is bent about 90°, the sample is broken, the automatic stop, and the number of bending is recorded.

 

This machine is widely used in steel, construction industry, prestressed steel wire, wire rope, wire and cable production, use manufacturers.

 

Suitable for a diameter of 0.3-10 metal wire, equipped with special fixtures, can also do other specifications of metal bending test.

3. Structural characteristics and working principle

The testing machine is mainly composed of the main machine and the electrical measurement and control system. It adopts mechanical transmission, applies test torque to bend the sample repeatedly, and uses photoelectric switch to detect the number of bending tests. After the sample breaks, the machine stops automatically, the pendulum rod is reset, and the LCD meter automatically displays and records the number of bending tests.

 

1. Host computer

The main engine is driven by the motor through the pulley to decelerate the worm gear pair, and then by the crank-pendulum rod mechanism, drive the cylindrical gear transmission, the cylindrical gear drives the pendulum rod to do ±90° rotation, so that the guide sleeve on the pendulum rod drives the sample to do ±90° bending, to achieve the purpose of the test. The cylindrical gear is equipped with a counting device, each time the sample is bent, the photoelectric switch collects a signal, so as to achieve the purpose of counting.

 

After the test, if the pendulum rod does not stop in the middle position, press the reset button, then the other photoelectric switch will collect signals and make the pendulum rod return to the middle position.

 

The swing bar is equipped with a swing bar, and the swing bar is equipped with a guide sleeve with different inner diameter, and the swing bar is adjusted to different heights for different thickness samples, and different guide bushings are used. Put the guide sleeve into the lever hole, hold it with the torsion spring, and make it and the lever conduction.

 

Under the pendulum bar, a sample holding device is arranged. Manually rotate the lead screw to translate the moving jaws and clamp the sample. For samples of different diameters, replace the corresponding jaws and guide bushing (the jaws and guide bushing are marked).

 

2, electrical measurement and control system

Electrical measurement and control system mainly consists of two parts: strong current and weak current. The strong current control motor, the weak current part is divided into three ways: one route photoelectric switch to collect the bending frequency signal, pulse shaping to the decoder sent to the LCD table display and save; The other route photoelectric switch controls the reset of the pendulum rod, and stops the motor after receiving the signal. At the same time, after receiving the signal of the motor stop all the way, the motor is anti-braking, so that the pendulum rod stops to the appropriate position.
