The main body is composed of a base, an oil cylinder, a workbench, a lower cross member (lower jaw seat), an upper cross member (upper jaw seat), a lead screw, a column and other main components. The cylinder and lead screw are installed on the base of the machine, and the piston is directly connected with the workbench, which is tightly connected with the upper beam through two columns. The moving beam can move up and down between the workbench and the upper beam along the lead screw to adjust the stretching and compression space. The moving beam up and down is realized by the motor reducer installed on the base to drive the lead screw to rotate.
During the test, the sample is placed in the tensile clamp mouth between the upper and lower beams, and the hydraulic oil is smoothly sent from the lower part of the cylinder to the pressurizing chamber by the high-pressure oil pump through the oil filter device and the precision servo valve, which drives the piston to rise and drives the workbench, the column and the upper beam to move upward together, and the sample is stretched. According to the different length of the sample, it can be adjusted to the appropriate position by moving the lower beam up and down. The compression test is carried out in a compressed space composed of a table and a moving beam. The bottom end of the lower beam is equipped with an upper pressure plate, and the lower pressure plate with a spherical pair is assembled on the test bench. The same movement of the oil cylinder can complete the compression test between the workbench and the lower beam. The space can also be used for specimen bending and shearing tests after the replacement of bending and shearing fixtures.
After the test, the piston automatically returns to the position under the action of gravity such as beam, workbench, column and piston.
