1. The main purpose of the equipment

The equipment is mainly used to press the standard sample of thin plate and other materials, such as replacing the mold or other accessories, but also as a general press to expand the use of more functions.

2. The main composition of the equipment

The machine is composed of a main machine, a hydraulic cylinder, a hydraulic source and the corresponding tooling mold. The mechanical frame of the main machine is made of a whole steel plate, which has good rigidity, simple structure and easy operation. The hydraulic source uses a three-phase motor to drive the high-pressure oil pump, the maximum pressure is limited by the safety valve, and the oil circuit is reversed by the electric reversing valve, that is, the downward pressure shear movement of the piston rod and the upward reset movement.

The equipment has the features of advanced structure, low noise, high efficiency, no pollution, light operation and safe operation.

4. Equipment characteristics

1. YZY-I is a dumbbell type hydraulic sample making prototype.

2. YZY-I stamped test pieces meet the requirements of GB/T13448-2006, GB/T9753-2007, GB/T4156-2007. The equipment can automatically stop the specimen forming at one time according to the mold, and the specimen surface is flat without scratches and no burrs around;

Operation safety protection: The machine adopts safe operation mode in design to ensure the personal safety of the operator;

5. Operating procedures:

Before using the machine, it is necessary to open the back cover door of the equipment, inject 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil into the yellow oil tank, and increase the oil amount to about two-thirds of the level meter (about 28L).

The machine is equipped with a moving trolley (lifting trolley) to facilitate the replacement of the mold, and the mold should be locked when placed on the moving trolley.

1, according to the needs, choose the appropriate size of the mold.

2, put the selected mold from the right side between the workbench and the upper beam, and ensure that it is in the middle of the four columns.

3. Connect AC 380V power supply (three fires and zero, need ground wire).

4. After connecting the power supply, unscrew the emergency stop button. See whether the gap at the mold feeding place can be put into the feed, if not, press the "oil pump start" button, press and hold the "reset" button, so that the mold upward movement until the feed can be put.

5. After placing the material, press and hold the "blanking" button, you can hear the sound of the material being cut, and you can release the "blanking" button upon hearing the sound.

6, press the "reset" button until the material can be removed.

7. After the sample is made, press the emergency stop button and pull down the air switch to power off the equipment.

Note that in case of emergency, press the emergency stop button to power off the device!
