Through the controller, the computer system controls the stepper motor rotation through the speed control system, and drives the moving beam up and down through the precision screw pair to complete the tensile, compression, bending, shearing and other mechanical properties of the sample test, no pollution, low noise, high efficiency, with a very wide speed regulation range and the moving distance of the beam, in addition, a wide variety of test accessories are configured. It has a very broad application prospect in the mechanical properties test of metal, non-metal, composite materials and products. The machine adopts full digital servo speed control system with high speed regulation precision and stable performance and stepper motor as the drive system, the controller as the core of the control system, and the control and data processing software with WINDOWS as the operation interface to realize the screen display of test force, test force peak, cross beam displacement, test deformation and test curve. The software can process the raw data of test force, displacement, time, deformation and the curves derived therefrom.

5, acceptance, installation, commissioning and training

1. Acceptance

2. Installation and debugging

6. Quality assurance
