Rotary bending fatigue testing machine is used to verify the ability of metal materials to resist rotary fatigue under radial load.
1. Use and structural characteristics
1) Rotary bending fatigue testing machine is used to verify the ability of metal materials to resist rotary fatigue under radial load. This machine adopts Panasonic small inertia servo motor as the drive unit, external high-precision rotary encoder connected with the spindle as the speed sensor, high-speed DSP+ARM, as the motor drive and encoder acquisition core control unit, to ensure the accuracy and stability of speed control at high speed and low speed.
The color touch screen displays the sending frequency, theoretical speed, real-time motor speed, spindle speed, and can be set according to needs, multi-stage speed, multi-stage speed can be executed by itself, from low to high, and the rotation holding time can be set after the speed arrives. Data is automatically recorded.
2) According to the characteristics of the tested sample, special ER20 chuck is configured to grip the sample, load the weight, and adjust the speed in real time.
3) The clamp adopts elastic front and rear chuck to grip the sample, and the chuck is connected with the spindle elastic barrel clip, which can achieve precise matching and ensure that the radial runout of the clamped sample meets the requirements of the navigation mark and the national standard.

The equipment is equipped with a transparent protective cover, and the test process can be unattended.

The maximum power is about 1kW (about 3.5kW when configured with high temperature furnace).
